QuickBooks 2009

Description

Quickbooks is a popular financial management software package for small business. This 3-day course will get you started quickly and will also help you get the most out of this powerful tool.

Versions

The Quickbooks text we use is focused on Pro and Premier. However, the difference moving to other versions, including Enterprise, is more one of scale so you will not be at all disoriented if you learn Premier and move to Enterprise later. The Macintosh version is significantly different and will not be covered in this course.

Prerequisites

You must be comfortable using your computer and have an understanding of business accounting.

How long does the class take?

3 days

Software Required

This course requires a version of QuickBooks 2009. If you are purchasing Quickbooks please consider your choices carefully as there are many versions available. We recommend you use the trial version for this course so that you can evaluate the product and learn the differences in the version to see which one will best suite your needs. Do not install the trial version until the course begins. This assures we have sufficient time on the trial version to complete your course.
