Description
Outlook 2007 is a two-day class focused on maximizing your efficiency in processing email, calendering, and managing tasks. For customized classes these objectives can be modified to fit compressed time allotments and to meet specific the training goals for specific job functions or industries.

Participants will:
- Efficiently organize their Outlook environment
- Utilize time-saving features
- Collaborate effectively using Office 2007 features
- Advocate for use of collaboration features
- Efficiently process routine emails, tasks, and meeting requests
Prerequisites
Students are expected to have a reasonable proficiency with the computer at least equivalent to the IC3 certification.
For users already proficient in Outlook 2003 a transition class is available focusing on the new interface and features.

If you are taking this course it is most likely that you are using a work computer. This course helps prepare you for the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist credential (exam 70-604). In addition to learning the material presented in this course you will also want to spend a good amount of time using the application to become very comfortable before taking the exam. We offer practice exams to help you assure success on the first try.
