Description
Outlook 2003 is a one-day class. Below is the course outline. For customized classes these objectives can be modified to fit compressed time allotments and to meet specific the training goals for specific job functions or industries.
Prerequisites
Students are expected to have a reasonable proficiency with the computer at least equivalent to the IC3 certification. For users already proficient in Outlook 2003 a transition class is available focusing on the new interface and features.
Software Required
If you are taking this course it is most likely that you are using a work computer. If you wish to take this course at home to prepare for work you will need a copy of Outlook 2003. Please make a note of the hardware/software requirements at microsoft.com if you are installing this software on your own.
