Our Support and Service program will follow the same high standards and exceptional customer service as our Training Services.
We view support services as training opportunities. You should not expect to have us simply fix the problem and let it happen again. Virus and spyware, slow performance, lost data, and much more is often user error (no offense). We will help you fix the problem but we will encourage you to be a part of the solution and show you why problems occurred and how to keep it from happening again. We don't want your repeat business :)

Imagine having a Doctor on call any time you need her. This service is designed primarily for small businesses who need things done ASAP to keep revenue flowing and employees working. Tech Dr. is a retainer program that provides an assured number of hours of support covering any issue at a greatly reduced price. This can be ideal for those who have several computer that they know need some work. Billing periods can be arranged monthly, quarterly, or annually.
--Unused hours of support can be rolled over to training services in the next billing period. For every 4 hours unused they can be converted into a training class from our catalog. No extra fees. Now that's a real bonus and what a great perk for your employees!

* Maximum time limits apply to most services. We always strive to give you a complete fix as quickly and as efficiently as we can. Sometimes computers don't have the same philosophy. We will always be up front with you as soon as we see a problem and work with you on the best resolution. If the problem is caused by a vendor (Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, etc.) we can continue to work for you but may need to charge an hourly fee. This rarely happens but we want to let you know the possibility is there.
