Before working at Sawyer Training, Mandi served in a variety of roles including customer service, office administration, and head baker for an award winning local bakery. In her spare time she likes to craft things, garden, and tap dancing. Mandi serves as the Chief Operating Office here and manages both day-to-day happings as well as strategic planning.
